More Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying various parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
